Part 1. Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)

Focuses on knowledge, behaviors, risks, and access to services related to sexual and reproductive wellbeing.
Knowledge, Awareness & Rights Literacy

Evaluates understanding of sexual health, reproductive rights, and access to accurate information and services.

1. I understand the changes that happen in the body during puberty and how pregnancy can happen when a female and male have sex.
2. I know how to manage menstruation safely and hygienically ensuring comfort, cleanliness, and dignity
3. I know about the different ways people can prevent pregnancy (contraception methods) and how they work.
4. I understand how infections like HIV and other sexually transmitted infections are spread from one person to another and how they can be prevented from spreading or treated
5. I understand the possible challenges of becoming a parent at a young age (early pregnancy)
6. I understand that preventing pregnancy is a shared responsibility between partners.
7. I understand that I have the right to say “yes” or “no” to sexual activity (consent), privacy of my information, and to make decisions about my own body.
8. I know about laws, policies, and protection systems in my community that address sexual violence, child marriage, exploitation, or abuse, and I know where to seek help
Attitudes, Beliefs, Self-perception

Assesses personal views, feelings, and self-judgment that influence health behaviors and decision-making.

Part 2: Mental Health

Assesses levels of depression, anxiety, and stress that affect an individual’s emotional wellbeing and daily functioning.
