Life is all about risking: Risking well and a lot is the real living.

Whenever, you are to try a new venture, there is this wave of fear that runs through your veins. A lot of questions start popping up, what if it does not work? What if you get sick? What if you are rejected? What if i die? And since no wise man can have answers to such vast questions appearing at once, we decide to settle in our comforts zone and avoid the risks as much as we can.

But now i ask, is sitting and doing nothing not a risk itself and actually a terrible one? Is it not a risk to avoid approaching a girl you love mbu she may reject you? Is it not a dangerous risk to avoid investing your money mbu there could be losses? Are you telling me that it is safe to remain the way we are without trying something new? Have you ever looked at these doubts the other way round like; What if everything goes well? What if the profits come? What if the woman accepts your hand and off you fall in love? Really, what if things happen well?

So what is my point today? The greatest enemy to us is ourselves. The day we shall overcome such inner voices of fear, doubts, discouragement and prophecies of failure, is the day we shall be great soldiers to overcome other surrounding enemies. I truly believe that life is about risking. It is about having a positive attitude and expecting the best to happen out of everything and then going out and trying. There is still no great point in just sitting and trying to avoid risks, they still come uninvited and unprepared. You may think that by remaining seated, you are secure but i think you are at a greater and uncontrollable risk.

So were you trying to think of business but you are worried its not gonna work? No, go ahead and do it. Is there a young woman you have always wanted to tell something but you feared she will spit on you instead? Wapi, go ahead and say the word. Were you hoping of writing that book but you feel no publisher will pick you up? Write it. Whatever has been holding you from achieving your dreams are illusions, it is not here to break you but to build you. Yeah, I am not saying that things are really going to be completely okay, what I am saying that you will succeed through it all. Bad times do not last, they are here to pass. No time is permanent, even roadblocks shall resign.

Put on your armor, your courage, put together the little things you have, the knowledge, the qualifications, the job, the money, the friends or even gadgets. Everything you have now can bring you greater success if used with faith. I cannot be able to tell how much I have gained from Facebook since I opened my Facebook account, it is a lot. And of course, there must be that fear of being exposed to public that catches you every time you wanna open up Facebook account, overcome it and do it, take a risk. Take a risk and fight for the life you wish for or sit passively and face the slaps the unfair world is gonna be throwing at you.
