December 11, 2024Hi Moses. GPL themes and plugins can work without the need for activation. Activation is usually for you to access automatic updates from the developer or technical support. If the theme still fails to work without activation license, there is nothing we can do for we are re-distributing the software under GPL license. But since you are one of our best clients and one of the first ones, we have offered you the opportunity to ask for any other software of choice, for which you asked for ASTA pro.
