My name is Vicent Nemeyimana and I am a WORDPRESS user! Professionally, I am a Nurse and Public Health practitioner, BUT, it is WORDPRESS that changed my life. I WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE TOO! How? Here is my story!
My creativity in terms of singing and writing started back when I was in secondary school. Indeed, I wrote my first book, THE 3 LOVES WE NEED, while in high school and composed my first songs while in secondary school. In 2013, I graduated with diploma in nursing. In July 2014, God blessed me with job opportunity at Mulago National Referral Hospital.
My first day at work was hilarious; I discovered that my work station had free INTERNET. My interests in technology, writing, singing, inspirational speaking and the like had introduced me to what is called BLOGGING. Having free internet motivated me to research more about blogging. Soon, I opened up my inspirational blog, THE COMPLETE YOU PROJECT (July 2014). I started writing, sharing on social media and I really enjoyed it. I was using BLOGGER, Google’s free blogging platform.
As my writings improved and the blog grew, The Complete You Project changed to ‘The Complete You Ministry’ and now to ‘MIKLAH’, the website you are on right now! I improved from using blogger’s subdomain to my own customized domain, www.miklahlife.com, and from the highly limited blogger to WORDPRESS, not wordpress.com but wordpress.org; I BECAME SERIOUS!
SURPRISE: Up to now, I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING LIKE CODING! I cannot code even one word using HTML, the simplest computer language available. And yet I have used BLOGGER and now WORDPRESS like a pro! There is barely nothing I cannot do with WORDPRESS! And I want you to just be like that! But why? Where is the catch? 2018!
In 2018, I decided to develop ‘BUSINESS MODELS’ for some of the categorical topics I was writing about at www.miklahlife.com. This is when my knowledge with WORDPRESS changed my world.
With my knowledge of WORDPRESS, I single-handedly sat in my room and designed SWAPafrica, the business I presented to a panel of judges in my first entrepreneurship competition and won UGX30M cash and a lot of advertisement! Wait! WORDPRESS, I mean SWAPafrica has won me millions of money!
ALL BECAUSE OF WORDPRESS. Wait! Am I rich? NO! Fact is WORDPRESS gives me millions, but I EAT IT! Keep Yours!
