Inspiration of the Week (Romance): ‘Naked’ by James Arthur

There is this song called ‘Naked’ not by Celine Dion but by James Arthur. This is my song of the week. If you have not watched the video, please, try. Your emotions and ways with love will not be the same again.
While, for most songs, the lyrics are and maybe the voice are usually emotionally moving than the today’s swaggerific videos, Arthur’s song shall move your emotions most when you watch the video.
In the Video, James Arthur is seated with a woman who, I think, he loves so much and they are in front of a TV camera ready to go live (live interview). As they go live, Bonas (the lady; by the way, she ever dated Prince Harry) is afraid or pretends she doesn’t love James and she is good at hiding issues in front of the camera. But considering her ‘discomfortness’ when the camera is off, it is clear she is also not okay with their relationship status.
Arthur is expected to pretend also and show that there is no problem going on in their relationship, something very disturbing and painful. Yeah, the first half of the live presentation goes well a little bit (the lady handles it and people watching are happy though James is a little unorganized and disturbed). Then, they go for a small break. And during this break, the woman asks Arthur; what are you doing? I mean, I add this myself, what is James trying to reveal?

Anyway, when they come for the second live part, Arthur becomes uncontrollable with hurtful emotions and stands up confessing all the love he has for the girl and how he is not gonna wait any longer or keep pretending or, better put, let the lady keep pretending as if she doesn’t need him. Truly, this is the most profound part. They all lose it. The woman stands up; giving up on her walls, pretense, and fears of being hurt or of falling deeply in love. And they almost kiss each other.
Well, when the video ends, in the third part, both are at ease. And as the woman comes for this last presentation, she says ‘Hi’, the easy, free, thrilling hi a lover hiding nothing and afraid of nothing says to his friend. It is the most romantic video for me, for you this week. Try it out.

Sometimes, women want to first experience your braveness in love, your power to give up everything, including your face for her. Of course, they never know when they are demanding that for they are not the ones demanding but love. In other words, one reason a woman may resist the temptation of revealing her too much for you is the doubt in how real your love could be. And the earlier and bravely you reveal the reality of your love, the sooner the woman walks out of her fears and loves you openly.
Yeah, love! When James Stands up and emotionally opens up crazily, the woman is simply broken into pieces; you can see love, happiness, vulnerability, and all love things in her eyes as she stands up to get close to her love. During this transition, people watching TV who had been distressed and worried about what was happening smile again and none of them, not even us cares about the perfectness or organization of a live presentation anymore. All they now or then see and are driven by is the love, the profound romantic love between these or those two young people.
I do not know anything on earth and heaven that is as powerful as love, romantic love. Yeah, even God’s love for his people or church is a romantic one. This is the ultimate head of love. Romance or worship. Enjoy.
