Welcome to the MSAIT – Miklah Sustainability Assessment and Resilience Incorporation Tool – Business Edition.
This self-assessment helps you reflect on your business or organization or companys contributions to sustainable living based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), organized under four key domains:
– People (Society & Well-being)
– Planet (Environment & Nature)
– Profits (Economic Sustainability & Livelihood)
– Leadership (Governance, Values & Engagement)
You’ll respond to 170 simple and clear questions across almost all aspects of your business as guided by the 17 sustainable development goals, with the following answer options:
– Yes – completely (already doing it)
– Yes – partially (doing a part of it)
– In plan (meaning you have already planned to do it)
– Not applicable (the activity or question does not apply to the business)
– No (Not doing it).
Each answer is scored internally to help generate a business sustainability profile. At the end of the assessment, you’ll receive:
– A total sustainability percentage score
– Performance breakdown by domain and SDG
– Suggested business action points based on the scores
About the tool questions: There are 170 questions across the 17 SDGs that have been grouped under people, planet, profits, and leadership. Each SDG has 10 questions. Take it slow, and answer every question. Questions are easy and clear, and require no extra work in thinking or reasoning.
This tool is private, non-judgmental, and designed for your business growth and impact. As such, be as honest as possible so your scores are a true reflection of your business or organization’s efforts, leading to appropriate MIKLAH guidance or support. Thank you.
