Funding Opportunities for September & October 2023: Appy today with Miklah’s Support!

Funding of sustainability entrepreneurs is one of our goals under Miklah’s Sacred Entrepreneurship Program, the others being training and empowerment of entrepreneurs on how to start a sustainable business, incorporation of sustainability in an existing business, and a completely free online business directory.

Currently, we have added an offer of co-working space as well, and supporting our entrepreneurs in attending sustainability related events and conferences and fellowships, including COP conferences, Climate Change events, and various UN-related proceedings in the sustainability space.

1.Do you have passion for civic engagement and activism, business and entrepreneurship, or public management and would like to get deeper and become an exceptional leader in any of the fields? How about doing it in the US under a 6-week fully funded program, the Mandela Washington Fellowship 2024? This is a prestigious program under YALI, funded by US Department of State? 2. You have a business, especially in the sector of agriculture or farming, have been in operation for minimum of 2 years, have financial records, especially through bank and or mobile money for at least 2 years, and need more money to excel? USADF wants you! See details & apply here. Deadline: 8^th September 2023.

3. Just one question: Have you ever wished to start a serious charity organization addressing massive community problems? Wait! Do you have an idea of what you would want to do for these people or communities you cherish? Well, you can even figure this out later. Enroll into Charity Entrepreneurship Program; 8 months virtual learning, 2 months in-person attendance in London, 200kUSD funding- all fully paid for! See more here & apply. 5. Are you interested in designing projects that aim at reducing CO2 emissions and earn from such efforts, what others call, carbon credits? Well, how about joining South Pole Carbon Asset Development Program Q3 2023? If your project gets selected, you will be empowered to calculate your credits and a market for them found for you. 6. Do you have a climate-focused innovation that can be scaled to impact the world and save us from climate crisis? Is it about energy, circular economy, water, or any other theme? Malta Climate Accelerator is looking for you! See details & apply here. Deadline is 15th September 2023.

7. Are you a group working on a climate-focused initiative that would benefit from about 10kUSD in funding? Then try this: Youth Climate Justice Fund. Applications come from everywhere around the world. See details here, and apply here. Deadline is 24^th September 2023.

8. NSSF Hi-Innovator (both for everyone & for women-led businesses) could be your thing. The program is looking for fully registered women-led businesses that would utilize their 20KUSD funding and create even more impact. Details are here and you can apply here. Deadline: Not specific.

9. D-Prize is looking for entrepreneurs who are distributing a known solution to the people who need it and wants to support you with about 20k USD so you accomplish your mission. According to D-Prize, solutions exist. But most people have no access to them. Use 20kUSD and distribute a known solution. See details and apply. Deadline is 16^th October 2023.

10. Are you a young professional with passion in gender, reproductive health, sexuality, and the like, probably with Masters degree in any of these areas of interest? How about a fellowship in the UK? It is called Common Wealth Gender and Sexuality Fellowship. See details and apply here> Deadline: Not clear.
