3 Categories of people who follow sheepshly. Have no designed plan, follow the wind

The following people will follow your lead, die for your cause whether they know it or not, just present the best bait

1. The bodaboda guys. These guys are the most used people in the town. I do not think many boda boda guys can wake up with personal plans of how the day should be handled. They can follow whoever calls for them, is a politician campaigning in town? They join. Is a gang doing mob justice? They join. Has Chameleon come to launch? They will sing. These guys, when placed with the right bait, will follow your lead and die for it, they do not have power to decide which struggle to join or leave. Is it to kill? They are in, Is it to demonstrate? They will lead even when they do not know the mission. Is it to liberate a nation or a killer in prison? They are in. Boda bodas have free choices and their usual choice is to follow the noise of the city, the hotter regions of the day.
2. The police and security agents. The police and all those who work under command and order come second to the mostly used people, who cannot wake up with a personal plan. Actually, this group of people would top the list, but they come second simply because while the bodabodas decide to be used up, these other guys are in most cases being ordered. So ask a police why he is doing what he is doing, few will explain it. Yeah, these guys can support a politician they do not the name, arrest a person they do not his crime, kill or save a person without themselves knowing why, towakana! Actually, about 80% or even more of the police men and other securikals do not necessarily wanna do what they do nor they know the reasons behind what they are doing. For this reason, they are most used people in Uganda. Towakana!!!

3. Nurses and midwives. It is gonna surprise the whole world that this group of people comes as number 3 on this list of the most used up people simply because different countries handle them differently, Uganda is our context today. About 85% or even more of the nurses and midwives in Uganda cannot explain what they are doing or why are they doing it, they just follow orders from doctors, hospital administrators and to a title extent, head nurses, call him or her SPNO. Tell them to give a sedative at the beginning of the day, they will follow. Order them to give insulin 15 IU every morning, they will do whether the sugars are high or low, doctor ordered for that. Has the administrator decided that duty days should be increased and resting time cut down? they will follow. Nurse and midwives actually come among the most suffering staffs in Uganda but too proud to admit it. Look at the nursing council, i do not think they even know the number of nurses in the country or under what conditions are they working, they are also used. Tell them to withdraw treatment from client A, they will minus asking, they are the most knowledgeable people who never use their brains, just dormant.

Those are our top 3 misused people in our country, people who cannot work out according to the plans, they follow the wind of the day. All the percentages are not statistically verified, they are personal observations and reliable to judgement. Start your analysing and commenting, i am done.
