MY TAKE ON BLACKLIST
After indulging myself in the scenes of the movie, 24, I never thought I would land in another thriller of the type or even more, Blacklist has revived that fantasy, that content that makes you think beyond limit. And I am not afraid that this movie is on the list of MOVIES EVERY CEO MUST WATCH. The man of the movie is Reddington. This guy is extremely good and acts his part very well. His knowledge and application of human psychology is exactly like that of Jack Bauer of 24 but has extra. Ray Reddington can get almost all information without necessarily involving torture, which is different from Jack. On this point, I want to, however, point out that JACK delt with more ruthless people than this Blacklist guy.
Reddington’s gift of narrating historical stories that finally end up touching the centre of the wound being dressed is an extraordinary gift. You see, he is everything. He is fit physically, upright on shooting a gun, and superstar when it comes to application of human psychology, he is a true detective. The scenes of this movie are well set and mind captivating. One of the big features of this movie is that it is very much unpredictable. I have learnt one thing about Ray: We fail at many things simply because we do not have information not manpower. Ray is equipped with information that brings those with power beg to offer him a hand.
In this movie, you will meet Lizzy, a young profiler at FBI task force. This young woman is good too. She is not so much experienced yet so daring. Her resistance not to show any weak point or reasons for being vulnerable somehow protects her and avoids so much of exploitation from Redddington or any other individual. Women can learn a lot from her. But she has one sin: Too proud and too selfish. She is too selfish to realize that a man is doing her more than a normal man should do for a distant woman like she is. Everyday she is at work, hustling with men and robbers only to return tired, beaten and bleeding, broken or anything and Tom, the lover, does not quarrel and if he does he ends up at the apologizing end. The self centered woman fails to realize that Tom is doing more than he should, he was a spy and thus very tolerant.
Their boss at FBI is an extraordinary worker who obeys principles with a little bit of common sense as his breaks in case. Cooper is a government official who cannot be found in the whole Uganda , He is a god. His sins are simply like those of all saints, in the name of love and protection of those he loves. Everything in the name of serving true love finally ends up not being a sinner; he is a saint, a hard working man. All of us can learn from him. He is a manager, a leader, a politician, and a Christian. Compared to Chloe, analyst in 24, agent Aram is unique too. He applies scientific, religious, economic and all other theories and principles to his great knowledge of IT and figures out dangerous leads. This guy is a computer wizard, dedicated to his work, and knows friends and love. His application of common sense is beyond measure. While so many people who are good at principles or knowledge lack common sense, agents of FBI in this movie have what we call a working common sense and know when to change the drums.
One thing is bad in this movie: Their crack on criminals is usually after the incident. What am I saying? While in 24, Jack would disrupt so many of these bad missions, here FBI covers up a case or criminal after someone has died or the bad thing has happened. The burning of the plane, the death of intellectual judges due to bad virus, the death of ministers and senate, all are incidences which should have been avoided if FBI acted with speed. Their connection of theories and acting is so different. They can connect theories and discover the attack easily and with little input but their acting remains slow.
The end is nice. When you know that someone has little to lose and you still stand on your two legs and start narrating how terribly she is gonna die and yet she has a gun in her hands and above all, when you are the cause of her misery, what do you expect??? A bullet in the head. However, Lizzy put it in the heart. That is getting what you deserve!!!
This is a movie you should look for. It has all scenes and all kind of cases and in each case thousands of lessons. It is my great detective movie now after 24.
